A Bit of History
Pekin Glass & Mirror Co. Inc. was established in Pekin, Illinois, in 1962. Now in its 3rd generation of family ownership, Pekin Glass is truly the only family owned and operated glass company in the Pekin/Peoria area. In 2007, the family decided to open a showroom called Elegant Glass Interiors within Studio 29, while maintaining its home office in Pekin. The showroom at Studio 29 gives  the Peoria community a chance to experience the different types of shower doors and glass that is available for the home.  With over 45 years of experience, the Pekin Glass and Elegant Glass family is very knowledgeable in all aspects of glass.
